I really did appreciate the daily updates I received from a Crash Champions team member regarding my vehicle. It helped me understand where my vehicle was at in the repair process. It is surprising how such a simple job — something that would normally cost around $65 at most outside shops — ended up becoming such a complicated and lengthy process. While the service adviser appeared knowledgeable and professional in handling the situation, the overall experience unfortunately still left behind an unsatisfied customer. The teams are more interested in replacing the parts and less interested in getting the actual problem fixed.

The service center is more interested in replacing the parts rather than listening and trying to fix the issue. I still see that my steering wheel is tilting one side due to the impact on the wheel, dont think service center will do anything about it and i gave up.
