Rear camera not functioning properly, a long scratch mark on the driver size from the front driver door to the back rear bumper. A scratch mark on the passenger front fender. The front driver side fender looks as though it was coming unattached. Car is back at the shop today.

Ordered wrong color door handle and held car to it arrived. Then ordered correct door handle but had no known eta for back-ordered part while still holding car. I should have been contacted and given the option to have the first door handle installed especially with no know eta of correct part.

Held car for weeks because they ordered wrong color door handle. The correct color was indefinitely back ordered, no eta on part. I had them install incorrect color which is barely noticeable so we could drive car. I should have been given option to have incorrect color handle installed considering it could be months before correct color is available.

There are a couple of things I need to speak with one of the employees, Mike so we can review everything that was done to my truck. For example, the antenna mast was not replaced, I bought the one on truck aftermarket. Also, my passenger front window is not working properly and a couple more issues that I need to go over. It took three weeks for repairs to be made. The only repairs were ordered two new tires and repair the cosmetics of both wheels. There were no cracks or other damage to the wheels and no bodywork was needed to the vehicle.I was told at crash champions that they had been shorthanded due to vacations during that three week period. Throughout those three weeks, my car sat there with two flat tires and was not Moved until middle of the third week. We would receive automated texts off and on telling us the car was being worked on, but I drove by it every day and saw the vehicle had not been moved. We got conflicting automated texts but were told to only go by the texts that had the Crash Champions reps name on them. We stopped by Crash Champions a couple of times and spoke to Michael and Eric. They were both very polite and professional. I can honestly say that Barnett body shop would’ve been a better choice for these repairs. We have used them previously and the work was done much quicker even when there was actual body work to be done. In the end, the work was done satisfactorily. It just took what seemed to be a long time for a minor issue.
