When I arrived I was greeted with a smile from the front desk receptionist. Although my pick up date was delayed a week due to parts, I had a great experience! I am very pleased with the communication I recieved 3 times a week. The level of professionalism from Michael and the staff during the repair process was top tier!!. Both staff I interacted with are fantastic. The woman on Saturday and the man with the long hair. I was in a rush to pickup before 5 and got there right after the door locked and he helped me anyway with a great attitude. Both explained everything to me well. The constant text updates were awesome. You guys know what you’re doing. The body work is excellent as is the car wash and internal cleaning which was such a nice bonus.

Michael is a jewel. Very cordial and helpful. He answers the phone!! The car looks great too. However, the warning light for the electronic system came on and minutes later went off. So, Michael was informed before I left. He urged me to report any future irregularities if the light comes on again. Thanks for your great service. WC

Thanks for keeping me updated about my vehicle. It was great that the location is close to work and I could easily get there. The name change confused me because I had always used Service King but the new name still represents the quality customer service always.
