My vehicle has a popping sound in the front end (where prior damage was) that began as soon as I left the body shop. My frame is still damaged, body work was terrible, screws missing from fender and frame, I found screws in the cup holder, paint job was not great, all parts were used and not in good condition. I will NEVER allow them to touch another vehicle I own. I do not trust them to make the needed repairs. The people were nice, VERY nice, but the quality of work was terrible. I would not let them work on a bicycle, much less a car I drive daily.

Very disappointed in the repairs from Crab Champions State Street location. I am taking my vehicle to another body shop to have their work repaired.

Only problem I had was I couldn’t get a solid completion date. I had to extend my rental 5-6 times. Other than that I was very satisfied. Customer service was great especially Corey at the front desk!
