I was so nervous in the beginning but customer service assured me that they would keep me informed the entire process. Danny and Laura are true GEMS!!! They continuously reassured me of my car being repaired on the 24th TODAY is the 24 it was ready. I’m in Chicago & my son is in Jackson at JSU. It’s usually a stressful process doing business ONLY over the phone 650+miles away. They were very TRANSPARENT kept me informed VIA TEXT which I LOVE!!! Therefore, I didn’t have to keep calling. The car looks practically brand new.

Above the tire on the driver side there was a piece of plastic I sent a picture of that was actually rubbing on my tire that was in the accident that was not repaired. It was also part of the accident I sent a picture you should have seen the picture and repaired the plastic piece above the tire. With that being said everything else seems to be satisfactory
