My experience with Crash Champions was OK. My vehicle looks rushed. Although the damages were minor the repairs were obviously noticeable. For starters my rim does not match my other rims. The Alloy rim that was purchased for my vehicle looks like an aftermarket purchase. The gray color is lighter than the other three rims. I have tried calling to reach someone, no one will answer the phone. In addition to my rim not matching the buffing and quick spray is obviously another noticeable repair. Lastly the side mirror was not seamlessly attached. There are spaces on the part I took pictures the day of pick up and compared the other side. These services were simple the efforts that went into repairing my vehicle looks like someone threw it together. This makes me question the integrity of the repairs. I would like to replace my wheel with the correct color and also have someone to properly fix my side mirror with a more seamless approach. This is a leased vehicle I need the repairs to be done with the intent of mint/like new condition. Thank you.

I am so happy to have my car back. I have a a trauma for the last two and a half months. It was the worse time to be out of a vehicle. But when you do get it back it only makes it sweeter and you appreciate it more deeply. Thank you for repairing my car.

Because it was so slow, that is my only complaint. It was so difficult to not have my car so long. And even if you get the rental they only cover the rent for a few days
