I am very impressed with Crash Champions! Over the years, I’ve taken my car to other places where repairs were done sloppily, likely because I’m a young-looking woman and they didn’t take me seriously. With Crash Champions, that was not the case.

So far, I’m impressed. I’ve taken my car to other repair shops in the past, and they handled things sloppily—mostly because I’m a woman and look young. Any time I pointed out issues, they acted irritated. My bumper has always been a problem and it was never handled correctly or replaced the way it should’ve been, so I stopped expecting much from repair shops.

’m very impressed with the repair quality. In the past, I’ve taken my car to other places, and the work was often sloppy—especially as a woman who looks young, I felt my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Crash Champions handled my bumper issue properly, and I can finally see results that meet my expectations. Customer Service: The in-person customer service was excellent—truly top tier. Phone interactions were also very professional. I especially appreciated the frequent updates letting me know how my repair was progressing. It made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.

So far seem like it ride and looks like I never had an accident in my truck, you guys did an excellent job. Now as far as the service I think there’s a lot for improvement. When the customer tried to reach out, find a better solution to hear the customer concerns.

Overall it’s a four, from the beginning customer service was incredible, once my truck was in you guys possession things changed, however once I received my truck customer service went to excellent service again. The main take away from this is create a better system for communication with you guys and the customers.
