The body work, and so far, the engine work has been great - as usual - we have used Service King multiple times - but this by far, was the biggest repair we've had done.

While our agent was extremely courteous, my ONLY complaint was communication. I was told 3 or 4 times - it will be ready "tomorrow". I understand large complex repairs take a lot of time and things can come up unexpectedly..BUT I would rather them overestimate the time than to tell me tomorrow...tomorrow..tomorrow. Lastly, if you tell me you will call me back - call me back. If I'm told to expect a call midmorning, call me - even if there's nothing new. Respect that my time is important and I am making arrangements according to what I've been told.

I loved the repairs that was done, but service king returned my car with 2 paint chips on my mirror that were not there prior to drop off. I also had to return my car to service king within five minutes due to service king giving my car back with the door ajar lights staying on. I couldn't even lock my doors. The back tail gate wouldn't open and I was given the run around as to why.
