I received terrible service from Ashley when I first took my car to have the work performed. I had my car repaired at this location a few months prior and received stellar service on every level. I decided to return the next day. That visit went very well. They ended up keeping my car for 19 days but I was totally unbothered because they kept me in the loop the entire time. I just wanted my car repaired and I knew they'd be the ones to do it. Ashley and every one else took great care of me and the car.
