Highly recommend! I had a great experience getting my car repaired considering the circumstances. What a professional and friendly staff! Personnel surprisingly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They helped me by expertly communicating directly with the insurance company on my behalf. They thoroughly answered all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable and easily showcase their expertise. They kept me informed every step of the way - both by email and text. I was very pleased with their attentiveness. I will definitely use them again!

Management has no concept of customer service when it comes to accurate deadlines and part delays. My cars completion date kept being pushed back to the point where I had to return my rental as I did not have a clear day for when repairs were completed. I was told that the door of my vehicle needed to be repaired when it was just the front bumper and headlight that was impacted. When I picked up my car the front license plate and surround is missing. I only came in for a minor repair for an accident that was t my fault to begin with. I'm extremely disappointed as I have had way better service at Crash Champions before.
