The actual repair looks good. However the wrong grill was put on and the wrong headlight was used. Have not been able to resolve either. It also took 5 weeks and was returned pretty dirty.

I will be calling tomorrow September 10. The color doesn’t match on the paint. The fact that this was brought to their attention before the car was released and Crash had me pick up the car anyway is ridiculous. Also when I picked the car up no one came out to discuss what had been done and the car hadn’t been cleaned. I am very unhappy with my experience with Crash. Having my car for a month when the original quote was a week and mostly due to an employee leaving is ridiculous. I expected a better experience!

When I got home and had a better chance to look at my car I notice on the driver's front side under the front light it is loose. I contacted Crash Champions right away and told them the problem. I am bringing the car back today or tomorrow for you to take a look. Charlotte
