The agent was very friendly and prepared. we walked around my truck ans defined what repairs were needed. She told me that I would get an update by text. After I gave the agent my ignition key faub The agent calked the Enterprise vehicle rental conpany to pick me up . The updates were periodic and appropriate after each phase of the repair was accomplished. When the repair was completed, I was completely satisfied.I left the rental and drove a way happy
