First, i was surprised with the length of time.It took for the repairs to be completed. I was told i would be contacted in I believe two weeks and informed when my truck would be ready. I had my truck back in less than a week. The workmanship on the truck is excellent. The staff at Crash Champions was professional, helpful, cheerful, and very personable. I hope it is not the case, but should I ever need such services again, i will be taking my vehicle back to Crash Champions.

I was and am completely satisfied with my experience with Crash Champions. The staff was friendly, informative, and very helpful. A situation arose that was going to delay the return of my vehicle. Two of the staff members looked into it and realized a 8 9 10 11 mistake had been made and I was able to take my vehicle home rather than having to wait another day. Speaking of taking my vehicle home, the repairs on my vehicle were finished much sooner than I'd expected. When I dropped my vehicle off I was told that I would find out in about 2 weeks when my vehicle would be ready. I had my vehicle back less than a week. Looking at my vehicle, if I did not know it had been damaged, I would not know it had been damaged. All I can say is that should a similar situation arise where my vehicle has been damaged, I know exactly where I'm going to take it to get it fixed; Crash Champions.

I had a great experience with this body shop from start to finish. They were extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I always knew where things stood and what to expect regarding the timeline, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The representative who handled my repair was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond by even helping arrange a rental car, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service.
