No proof of alleged records that supposedly proved that my vehicle was damaged prior to this repair. Instead someone just told me that I need to call my insurance about that. Transmission light came on and I was told that they would check it. No real follow up on that. Just told me that they were not going to repair the issue. No clear explanations on who, what, where, why, and how. Received conflicting information on when my truck would be completed. I could go on.
