The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process, and my concerns are not with their attitude or customer service. My dissatisfaction is with the final repair quality. My vehicle was returned with unresolved issues, requiring me to bring it back the same day, and the problems still were not corrected. I now have to take my vehicle to another repair shop to have it properly diagnosed and repaired. Based on the quality of the completed work, I cannot recommend this shop.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. After picking up my vehicle, it continued making the same noise that was not present before the repair. I returned it to have the issue addressed, but the problem remains unresolved. I was informed that the shop specializes in cosmetic/body repairs and does not have a certified mechanic to properly diagnose the mechanical issue. Rather than identifying the cause, I was told it could be the turbo without any clear explanation or repair. I now have to take my vehicle to another repair shop at my own expense to determine what is actually wrong. This experience has been frustrating, and I do not feel my vehicle was returned in the condition it should have been

They were professional and nice, 10 out of 10 with customer service. They made sure they gave me updates on my car, from the quote to the service parts coming in and the finish date. When I receive my car it look brand new , I was completely happy with the service.

I had a great experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. The team kept me updated throughout the repair process and answered all of my questions. My Kia came back looking like it did before the accident, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Basically very happy!! Thank you very much but it was some problems came up! The muffler had small crack and funny loud noises, but they fixed it. Also flat tire fixed right away, Appreciate it. Please give me back the cap of tire.

At first they were quick with the paperwork, but as soon as the car was ready it’s like they were happy to have me sign and I felt like they were shoving me out of the place not quickly enough.
