It's such a pleasant repair experience in Service King. My car front bumper was smashed and needs to be replaced. The company offered me free ride after I dropped off my car for repair. Tony took care of my car. He is very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. He always keeps me updated on the repair process. When he found some new damages of fog lamp and radiator support, he sent me pictures immediately and explained in detail how these damages would affect car function. He also sent me the updated estimate for my approval to proceed with next step. So I was very well informed of the estimate and the entire repair process. Additionally, he helped me fixed the previous scratches which were not included in this repair and also gave me some extra paint for future use. When I finally get my car, it's like a brand new car. I can't even tell where the damages used to be. The car is extremely clean, even the tyres have been washed. I'll definitely recommend Service King!
