I was very impressed with the smooth and speed of the repairs. I also appreciated being kept in the loop on how the repairs were going.

I never met Christian who I was told was my contact at service king and I only spoke to him once trying to confirm picking up my car, but Samantha was really fantastic and helpful and on top of everything every time I was there.

The repair was good, but there's a little bit of clear coat chipping near the seam where my fender and my door meets. There was a scratch on my window that was not there prior to drop off. I noticed it after I had gotten home from picking up the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact the shop as they were already closed at the time on a Saturday past 6:00pm. I brought it back on Tuesday as that was the only day I was able but they insisted that the scratch on my window did not occur in their possession. I take great care of my vehicle and I am 100% sure this scratch was not present before drop off and occurred during repair. I have a gated garage that I park my vehicle into and never had any issues with any damages to my vehicle. Aside from the added damage to my vehicle, I would rate the repair on the damage portion a 9.5/10 due to the clear coat paint chip near the seam of the door.

Constant communication and updates on car repairs from the first hour to the last day regarding damage that was repaired. Only one note. The front tire on the drivers side, the tire sensor was out and I asked the service agent and Geico argent to let me know the price of repair and I will pay to get it fixed. It was on the same tire as the damage. I also left a message about it as well. I assumed it was completed since I did not here back and the fact that I had great communication throughout. I feel that is the only thing left outstanding and not communicated until I picked up my car on 5/9/17 at 5:55 on.
