I had my car repaired at Crash Champions after my accident in mid April. They did an amazing job my car honestly looks and feels like I just drove it off the lot brand new again. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. The entire team was patient, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. The timing was exactly what was expected, and they made sure everything stayed on track while getting my car repaired the right way. Big shoutout to Greg for always keeping me in the loop, but also a huge thank you to everyone else behind the scenes because it truly took a team effort to get everything lined up and completed. I really appreciate all the hard work and care they put into my car. So happy to finally have it back!

By far one of the worst business I’ve worked with. Scratches in my paint, chips that weren’t repaired, and a part that was not replaced when it should have been. Was told that the damage to my car was “preexisting” and that there was nothing they could do about it. Not only that, but they drained the battery and refused to pay for a new one. Was told that it was not their fault basically. Would never work with another Crash Champions if I had the choice.

I would appreciate more communication in the future, I had to call every time to get an update on repairs. Everyone was very kind even during setbacks, but communication I did feel was lacking.

Yes everybody was amazing at the shop. Tons of updates. Every body was so nice an knew there s__t. Bonnie took me home after dropping my truck off. Was havein trouble getting a ride back home an she stepped right up. The place is awesome and there work is even better. My truck looks better after they got done. High regards. Would go baxk in a heart beat. Hopefully not tho. Love my truck
