Well, everyone was very friendly when I was at the location. When I picked up my car, they let me leave with a tire with a hole in it which meant I had to get Roadside Assistance to put my spare on so that I had to come back to get it patched there. Then the second time they let me leave they left the cap off my coolant, and so leaked all over my garage and caused my engine to overheat. Luckily, my husband was with me that time and was able to get us to a gas station to get it fixed.
