Chad was very professional and did an excellent job in explaining the repairs needed on my vehicle. Due to the nature of the damage, some parts needed to be ordered from Germany which extended the time I was without my vehicle. While my insurance company was not explaining the reason for the delays very well, Chad did and answered all my questions. The repairs were done and met my expectations and very happy to have my vehicle back. I would recommend Crash Champions and don't want to have to use them in the future, but if something happens to my vehicle again, I will jot hesitate to return due to my positive experience with Chad and the Crash Champions team.

Doug was fantastic. He went above and beyond in his communications with us and he worked with us on the timing with our upcoming vacation. He even assured us if it wasn’t done on time that they would get our car to our house while we were gone. He really made us feel cared for in a stressful situation and made us feel relieved that we were in such good care.
