Everyone in the office was great and made the whole process very easy! Since picking up my car last week, I have noticed a rattle near the dashboard and my driver-side mirror is shaky when I am driving, making it slightly difficult to focus while driving, but otherwise I am very pleased!

The repairs we had done failed and we had to go through the whole process again.

Aaron is very helpful and readily available. We used our entire rental car coverage through insurance the first time we had the repairs done because it took over 30 days. This is our only vehicle so we asked Crash Champions to cover a rental for 2 days since the failed repairs were not our fault. The GM refused saying this was “new damage” which is incorrect. The insurance company would not have paid again if it was new damage.

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions Collision Repair. From the very beginning, the entire team was friendly, professional, and attentive. I especially want to thank Kristi, who was incredibly diligent and patient throughout the entire process. I honestly didn’t understand much about how the payment and insurance process worked, and she went above and beyond to help me coordinate everything with the insurance company in a smooth and stress-free way. The repair work on my vehicle was outstanding — my car honestly looks brand new again. On top of that, the entire process was much faster than I expected. They kept me updated every step of the way regarding the progress of the repairs, which gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I’m truly grateful for the amazing service and the final result. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient collision repair shop with exceptional customer service.
