The body work is excellent. I felt like I didnt receive warm welcome at the reception. The car was ready in 2 weeks time. But they lack providing update when the car will be ready. Please take care of these.

I was extremely impressed overall. I was kept up to date on how my car was doing. I’m bad with names but the man who checked my car in and out was amazing at his job. He was very patient, polite, and professional. He is very skilled at customer service. Probably one of the best I have ever been around. You all helped me behind the scenes with the rental car as well. Everyone made this a very smooth process and I appreciate it.

Chad was totally awesome. He explained everything. Cost was upfront no hidden fees. The staff kept me updated on the progress on the repairs. I was able to drop my rental off with them. The staff were polite and friendly. I am from Michigan and I was skeptical about trusting a company with my car. I must say This place did not disappoint. I was impressed how my vehicle looked as if it was never in an accident. 5 star service.

Everything looks great. I had an issue with a vehicle operation setting that had changed and I wasn't sure how to change it back, but I manages to figure that out and now everything seems to be working like new. Thank you Crash Champions for taking such good care of me and my car.

Excellent work. After I received the car, I found it in top notch, showroom condition, even detailed. I loved it. I was freaked out a bit because when you recalibrate the electronics, one setting was changed that drove me nuts. Once I finally figuelred out how to get it back to my original setting I was very happy and noticed that the rest of the car was absolutely perfect.
