Michael went above and beyond in taking care of my car and communicating every update. Not only that, he did whatever he could to expedite the repair so I would be able to pick up before leaving the country for a month. Truly excellent customer service and support! Kary, the estimator, was thorough in communicating to me the repairs that needed to be done. Emily, the receptionist, was very pleasant and helped me navigate the rental car process. I was impressed with the updates I received on the status of my SUV. The work was professionally and beautifully done and ready on time. When I went to pick the truck up, I even had assistance moving items from the trunk of the rental car to my vehicle’s trunk. In all, everything worked out smoothly!!!
