Really appreciate crash champions hiring Kary as a disabled person but it felt like they used that as an excuse on several avoidable lapses that didn’t have anything directly to do with his deafness. Specifically I was told I could pick up my car any time after 2:30 and when I arrived at 4 it took them basically 30 minutes to find my case, paperwork and show me the car. The agent said it was because Kary couldn’t hear the call / text notice but he’d also said he was going to lunch and would leave materials ready— so it’s hard to understand why it took so long to find the paperwork.

I had brought multiple repairs to the mechanic’s attention. I expressed that I wasn’t happy.

My car wasn’t properly looked over before it was returned to me. I had to point out to the mechanic a part that wasn’t replaced. I also had to point out a minor gap on the right side of my front bumper. Once the issue was slightly resolved. I noticed a space on the left side of my hood where I could see part of the top of light. I brought it to the mechanic and I was told that was normal when I couldn’t see that all the years I owned my vehicle.
