Every staff member from start to finish showed high standards in their work ethics from my initial encounter, keeping me informed and updated on the process of my car. After ensuing vehicle damage while my car was parked I was hurt, but Crash Championships made me feel whole inside when they restored my vehicle "baby" back to its original beautiful exterior. I was so pleased and sincerely thankful even for their quick turnaround time.

The young lady who checked me in, I believe her name was Sally, was very disrespectful. I’ve never been so angry with someone mistreating me. I believe she was of mixed or Caucasian decent. Even went as far as telling a co-worker that someone else needs to assist me before she goes off on me and attack me. When she was leaving she even rolled her eyes at me and lipped the B word at me while walking to a co-worker car with her leaving for the day while the gentleman was doing the walk around with me since I was dropping my vehicle off. As a result, though the service was good and quick, I won’t be returning and will not refer anyone to here.

Econ was very thorough with the assessment of damages all along reassuring me the repairs are the utmost priority.
