You need to listen to customer not insurance company. Someone did something illegal. The lean company never spoke to the insurance. Very Poor customer service. One of your employees said some called on my behalf to stop work? How is that possible. You guy are irresponsible very unprofessional. Plus they was drinking in my car. I went to pick up my personal items and found beer bottle and other trash. I do not drink. Worse experience ever. I would not recommend your company to change a tire. Thank you
