I understand they are a new repair shop, but the automatic communication/update system they have in place doesn't work. I never received any texts or phone calls despite confirming these on the phone, and when I told someone in the shop I wasn't receiving updates they said they'd call me and never did. I had to call every few days and hope I got through to someone to get status updates. That said, towards the end of the repair someone did begin calling me to tell me the service was almost completed.
