I am somewhat satisfied. The repair took 6 weeks when I was originally quoted 10 business days. The communication was poor. With each approaching “pick up” date, I’d call to confirm my car was ready, only to learn it was not. I ended up having to pay for a rental car for an additional 2 weeks. Crash Champions gave me a $200 credit; however, my out of pocket expense for the rental car was $540. I am satisfied with the work overall but will need to return to have my seatbelt fixed. It will not retract once I take it off.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff in the front office politely greeted me as I entered the building, I was immediately informed that the staff assigned to appraise the damage of my vehicle would be right with me and he was there.

The shop took their time, but the repairs were flawless and the also looked into other systems and made sure the car drove great! This is quite possibly the best repair shop in DC. The work is also guaranteed for life, not just 1/2 years like other places.
