Everything was good and I appreciate the fighting for me. My only complaint is updates. Need at least a weekly check in to ease waiting customers and to give them a realistic timeline if it’s shifted.

I did not have a good experience with the Crash Champions Security Boulevard location. I chose this shop because it was recommended by my insurance company and had generally positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those ratings. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed several issues that should have been identified and corrected before the vehicle was returned to me. As a result, my car had to remain at the shop for nearly two additional weeks while those concerns were addressed. When I picked up my vehicle for the second time, the condition was even more disappointing. My car has been involved in a much more significant accident in the past, with over $11,000 in damages on the same side, and that repair shop restored it so well that you could not tell it had ever been in an accident. This time, the damages were approximately $3,000, yet the quality of the repairs was far below my expectations. I was told by the manager, Terrell, that sometimes vehicles do not return to their original condition because parts such as near the hood/ bumper can become loose after being removed multiple times during repairs. I respectfully disagree with that explanation. Proper repairs should restore a vehicle to pre-accident condition, especially when the damage is relatively minor compared to previous repairs my vehicle has undergone. To make matters worse, oil and other residue were left on my seat, which transferred onto my clothing. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this experience has been a disaster. I trusted this location based on my insurance company’s recommendation and expected quality workmanship. Instead, I have had to repeatedly point out obvious issues, wait additional weeks for repairs, and deal with new problems caused by the repair process itself. I am not looking for excuses—I simply want my vehicle repaired correctly and returned in the condition it should have been in from the beginning. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope Crash Champions takes responsibility and makes this situation right.

Good services and the front desk staff is excellent. My car was due to be ready on May 14 and it was at 10 days after that in which my car was ready. The communication was lacking in reference to the time process of when the car would be ready.
