I already knew of your professionalism from the experience I had with you over a year ago. Like the first time, you didn't disappoint. Kiara and India were on top of the process right from the start. I would not hesitate to recommend Crash Champions to any family or friend if needed. There is no better way to gain a customers trust than to keep you informed and then follow through exactly as stated. One thing though. You finished 3 days ahead of schedule! Shame on you for saving me money in car rental! How can I not love that? Not impressed with the service received on my car. My repairs were not done properly.

The repair on the exterior was excellent. However I received my car with several codes still on the dash board which is a result of the accident . I had explained this when I drop my car off. My car was filled with dust from the work done on my car and was handed over to me in the same condition.

The length of time my car was in the shop was a week after what I was initially told. My car was returned dirty and dusty on the inside. The windows are also dirty.

My car’s interior was disguising when I received it back from Crash Champions.

I was given 3 different dates for the repair to be completed. When I received the car back it was filthy with dust and dirt. The windows were also dirty. There is dust everywhere in my car, which is disappointing and unnecessary. They could have at least cleaned up there mess. The way I received my car was not how I left it there.
