The professionalism is exemplary, I will absolutely recommend your shop to anyone and everyone. It was such an easy process, I am still astounded. The repair did not meet my expectations, as non-original parts were used and did not align properly. Additionally, my vehicle’s rear bumper protector was missing after the repair, due to the replacement part not being an original component. The shop did say that they will correct the issues I had pointed out, so I will edit this review after the shop corrects the errors. As of now, I am unsatisfied with the current results.

I very much appreciated the professionalism and down to earth friendliness and caring of those that assisted me in the repair of my car -specifically Edwin Velasco and Thelma. Any stress or nervousness in turning my car over for repair was quickly eliminated by this. It created a positive situation from a negative one. I thank them each for such.
