Front desk people were very friendly and professional and the person who first saw my car when I brought it in was very nice too. Overall service was good. Only problem, I experienced was that my car was moved to another facility for repair (Brea from Whittier). I had to pick up my car from Brea shop.

Brandon and his team took care of everything start to finish. Repairs were done in a timely manner and even ready earlier than first estimated. All repairs were done to our satisfaction and his communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. I was never left wondering what was going on with my claim.
