Truck was repaired quickly. Drop off on a Friday morning and truck was ready for pick up the following Wednesday afternoon. When I picked up my truck it was completely washed and the tires had tire dressing applied. The work was flawless and the truck was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I was updated as to the status of my truck via text message on a daily basis and they were helpful and professional.

I will not recommend, this was a very stressful and frustrating experience. The quality control was poor and attention to detail was not a priority, "unexpected" things kept coming up delaying the process but I was told that those things are "common" so I was confused if it was so common why certain parts weren't ordered or things weren't thought of beforehand. Things just kept coming up and going wrong and it felt like they didn't know what they were doing.

repairs were not completed at time of pick up and required and had to bring my car back again to repair the things that were overlooked. Because things were not done correctly from the very beginning, it makes me nervous that there are still things I cannot see that will cause me trouble in the future. I do not feel confident that my car is repaired with quality and feel a little nervous driving it still.

everyone was friendly and strived to correct the issues I experienced. Ross apologized many times for all the issues that came up, but I would have been more satisfied if they just fixed my car correctly and on time instead of hearing apologies.
