I really liked the way that Crash Champions handled the job. The timelines were met, receiving the car was very professional and they listened to all my requests and expectations, and delivering the car was with thorough details about everything done in the job and I liked the accuracy in calibrating the doors not just focusing on painting and getting the color of the car back to normal. I appreciate everyone who worked in the car, and I appreciate Edwin for being a very respectful and very professional person.

Edwin was so diligent to help me find way to cut material cost by finding ones that does the job but not from brand name (per my request). He was understanding, communicative, and the repaired part of my car looks very new - as if nothing happened. Will definitely recommend!

The lady who was at the reception was dismissive and rude. Tone was condescending. I tried to be extra polite because I thought I offended her, but she continued. Later, when I asked about Enterprise rental, she kept telling me that I will have to book my enterprise rental and have them pick me up, despite initially somebody at the branch offered to call enterprise for me (which is the same case when I was at another Crash Champions branch). While waiting in the lobby, I called Enterprise, and they said that Crash Champions will call them when I am ready, and I told them that Crash Champions will not do that for me. Enterprise was confused and so was I, and that continued until the lady overheard me and gestured that she will call Enterprise when I am ready. It was very confusing. Perhaps she had a bad day, so I won’t give a lower rating, but that was very memorable.
