The parts replaced on my car do not fit correctly and now I have to decide if I want to take the time to take it back to you. Which leaves me upset because the additional money that I will need to spend for a rental car. Which comes after 3 weeks of rental car expenses and my deductible. If I notice It why didn't the professional at Crash Champions notice it, and if they did why wasn't I made aware of it at pick up?

The repairs were perfect and I appreciated the good communication along the way. It really helped to drop off the rental at your shop, and finding my car thoroughly cleaned inside and out was a huge, welcome surprise. Brandon and Edwin were both extremely courteous and helpful. Edwin V, was very helpful he send me message on what’s going on my vehicle.the person on front lobby,I don’t what’s going with her(black skinny lady),she have a rude attitude. I came there nice and she say my name and I’m there to pick up my vehicle.bit she answered me back with rudeness ,my friend who drop me off even got a rude answer when he asked if he can used the restroom.i don’t know what’s up with her.hopefully she get someone with a better rude attitude that can make her feel bad .Im sorry but in a company there’s always a person like them.

They should get a front door lobby personal that has a good moral character, the one that’s not rude like that lady they have in.she needs to change her black attitude, she works in a customer service, so she better be nice.

Excellent Customer Service, something you don't get these days but HERE I DID Edwin was so nice he went over everything with me regarding repairs he also called me to let me know what's being done and he's a good listener thats very important! And of course I can't or get the receptionist Thelma she was awesome, she explains all the paperwork you sign when you first sign. And when you're picking up your car, no matter how many times you have to ask her. She's very polite and she will explain it again.
