The front desk lady with the beautiful nails is nice but it's really weird that there are people in the office who don't acknowledge that you are there. Weird to be waiting without conversation. Awkward energy in waiting room. --

Upon my arrival the customer service was not greatest, however, the gentleman who help me when I picked up my car was super awesome and helpful, especially with turning in my rental, he took care of everything, all I had to do was to get in my car and drive to my destination. Very cool.
