After receiving my car for minor front end damage, Crash Champions sent me a text message to inform me of an approximate date of completion, which would have been a week and a half later. I received five more computer generated text messages. Each text message postponed the date of completion by three to six days. GPS showed my car was in their back lot for three weeks without movement. On the sixth week, the Crash Champions app indicated my car was ready. I called the Crash Champions office to confirm, and was told my car was ready. I drove to the Crash Champions garage and was informed my car was not ready. I was offered a sincere apology and was told it needed to be calibrated before it could be released to me. The representative assured me it would be ready on the following day. I returned to the Crash Champions garage on the following day and received the car with the promise that everything was repaired and in working order. During the drive home, a maintenance warning light appeared, indicating the car’s engine was overheating and would be severely damaged if driven any further. The car was returned to Crash Champions. I received another sincere apology from the representative. He said he ordered a replacement part and told me my car would be ready for pick up in two more days. I am currently waiting for my car to be repaired.
