Robert worked on my car and was amazing about staying in touch with me and keeping me updated. Robert did an amazing job on my car, it looks brand new!! Augusto the manager is very nice as well, he stayed with my car until I was able to arrive to pick it up. He worked with my work schedule and was very kind. If I ever do need any body work on my car, I will for sure come back! Thank you for all of your help on my car!!

I had a great experience with Crash Champions. Scheduling was easy, and communication was convenient through both text and email. I was initially told the repair would take about a week, but Rudy later called to let me know my car would be ready sooner, which I really appreciated. As a woman, navigating car repairs can sometimes feel stressful, but Rudy made the entire experience seamless and worry-free. I also loved that I could return my Enterprise rental directly at Crash Champions instead of making another trip. The lifetime warranty on the repairs was another great benefit. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, so I truly appreciate Rudy and the Crash Champions team for going the extra mile.

My car was ready in a timely manner. Very happy with the customer service I received. Rudy was giving me updates on when to expect my vehicle to be ready. Once I went to go pick up my car, it was as good as new, and I was able to leave the rental there for Enterprise to pick up. Overall, a really good experience, would recommend

I got updates regularly, my jeep was ready 2 days early and the work appears stellar. The only way this could’ve been better is if I was offered tiramisu paletas or something in that neighborhood.
