Facility lowballs insurance estimates while cash estimates are significantly higher so u have no option but to leave your car for repairs. Then true cost comes to light. I spoke to employees and they agreed that there was an issue with my estimates. Manager made a promise to “try to make things right” and fell completely flat. This place is unethical, borderline scam and price gouges. This is why Consumers have issues trusting places. I would love for someone to contact me..please feel free!

I have used this shop prior. Was not very happy. I came back again to give them another shot. My bad…very bad customer service. Even the front desk ignored my email!!

I pointed out extra scratches that were not there prior and employee said it was probably my driving!! My fog lights were left loose. When i drive at night they shake horribly!!! Very upset

Horrible. This place is unethical. Lowball insurance estimates to hook customers. Employees admitted wrongdoing and underestimating. General Manager Mario Ayala only called me after corporate made him. Promised to detail, clay, wax and polish car to “try and make it up” to me. Fell flat. All i got was lies.
