The service person was excellent, Gabriel. Follow through with contact and timeline of repairs was excellent. Initial entry has limited greeting, have to look into the window but the ladies in the front office seem busy. Each visit was a 10-15 min wait for my service person but each person friendly.

Me and my wife were very unhappy with Crash Champions. I would call and not get a return phone call after three times. The woman answering the phone was very short and rood. I went in and she acted like she was better than us. I was promised to receive work updates and never got a call. Then I was promised my vehicle on several occasions. I always had to call and call. I received the best service from Fix auto and recommended to my wife and family about Fix. We will never return to CC. We told USAA and everyone we know not to ever go to CC.
