Buying my first car was such an exciting milestone, so having my 2006 Mustang get sideswiped while safely parked was heartbreaking. I had never been through an insurance claim or collision repairs before and honestly felt lost, but Crash Champions completely changed that experience for me. Lily made all the difference. She guided me through every step, kept me consistently updated throughout each repair, and advocated on my behalf to ensure my car was restored to the quality it deserved. Her communication, professionalism, and reassurance gave me so much peace throughout the entire experience. When I finally saw my car again, I was blown away. They managed to perfectly match the paint on my 2006 Mustang so the new paint blended seamlessly with the original finish. Every dent was removed, every scratch was gone, and you would never know the car had been damaged. The attention to detail and quality of the work exceeded all of my expectations. Crash Champions did an excellent job with my car. The process was easy in and out and they even helped with my rental car pick up and drop off. They fixed the damage on my bumper and looks like it never happened. Lily was great and had great customer service from everyone there. I would definitely come back again if I ever need to get any damages fixed on my car and would recommend them to anyone.
