The paint is rough in some spots and spotty in others. It’s also a little orange peely and seems rushed. The replaced wheel is not correct and my steering wheel is not straight after the alignment. This car was not in an accident so these issues are not acceptable.

Not one part of the job was completed 100% satisfactorily. The paint is missed in a spot, rough on others and a little orange peely. There was overspray as well. The replaced will does not sit right with the tire like the other three. My steering wheel is not straight after the alignment. This car was not even in an accident. The quality is not really acceptable.

The car looked great. Two small points to get 10 out of 10. We didn’t get much in the way of updates or an ETA. I called in to get an update. The car wasn’t charged when picking it up. Was about 30% so I had to drive straight to a charger. Charging it before pickup would be helpful.
