It was so wonderful to work with Crash Champions. The work they did was amazing. Also, they helped with all the arrangements for a rental company to pick me up after I dropped my car off to Crash Champions and when I returned in the rental to pick up my car I was able to keave the rental with them and they handled everything. Each and every interaction with them was truly a pleasure. Great customer service and their work is A+!

The communication concerning the process and progress of the repair was lacking. Email was not answered. I was the one that had to call to see if the part was in and schedule the repair. I was informed that I will get a call after the repair is completed. That didn’t happen.

Crash Champions of Kearney Mesa is amazing. Staff are always friendly and willing to answer all questions. They were willing to give us a ride home and drop off our vehicle as we had no other means of transportation. They keep us updated on our vehicles status and explain all the steps as they go. Great team! We wouldn’t take our vehicle anywhere else after a collision. Thank you for your excellent service!
