Nothing else because they have good customer service on the switch and the new branch manager helped me I put them a 4 because the rest terrible service, they took about 5 months to put a window and they told me that they had already ordered it and it was not true, they closed the national city branch and sent me to another one of national city and the truth is that the new manager I think it is and their assistant super attention, they helped me in 1 week which in 4 months they could not in the other branch

I had an exceptional experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. When I arrived at the office, I was warmly welcomed by Elizabeth, who greeted me with a smile and took the time to clearly explain the entire process and what was expected of me. I also had the pleasure of working with Richard Lopez, who walked me through the estimate in detail, explained how everything would work, and gave me a clear idea of the expected timeline. He even went above and beyond by kindly dropping me off at the rental car center so I could get a car—such a thoughtful gesture. It took only five days to get my car back, which I felt was incredibly fast considering the extent of the damage. When I saw my car, I was amazed—it looked absolutely beautiful, like brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. I truly can’t thank the team enough for making this such a seamless and stress-free experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for future repairs. I took the Carr to the shop the one from the office attended me very professional he told me how the process how its going to be very clear I like the process they were communicated thru text messages when they told me the Carr was ready went pick the Carr up the Carr looks like new I was very happy with the result I recommend them 10 out of 10

The text updates on the repair status was very detailed and timely. My Tacoma looks like new. Excellent work. I appreciated the thorough washing before pick up also. Very good experience.
