I wanted to leave feedback about my experience with Crash Champions repairing here in Costa Mesa CA for my 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite. Overall, the experience was okay and the repair itself looked fine. My main issue was the repair time. It took about 3 weeks to complete, and during that time I had to continue paying for a rental car. The repair was also not very major—it was mainly bumper damage on the corners of the front and rear bumper, so I expected the process to be a little quicker. Another frustrating part was the communication. I received several text messages saying the vehicle would be ready, but when I arrived, it still was not finished. When I called for updates, I was often told someone would call me back, but I no one would call me back. Because of that, I ended up making trips to the shop thinking the vehicle was ready when it wasn’t. Overall, I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10. Thank you.

I must say that working with Marco made an unexpected and what normally is an unpleasant situation, extremely pleasant!! Marco made everything so easy and his frequent communication on how everything was going was absolutely AMAZING. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!
