Hello, I had the 2019 civic si . I was impressed with the communication that Pablo gave me . Very helpful . I like the website , transparent and easy . But the hardest thing is, I hear some really bad knocking or weird stuff coming from my car and it’s hard because I don’t have another 3 weeks to leave my car there. As soon as I drive it home the noise concerned me . I was ready to rate it a 10/10 but the noise has me worried

Had to reject the paint job it had some runs around the camper shell rear window. The service manager Jason came out and looked at it and agreed with me that the runs were not acceptable and that the window needed to be removed to do the paint job correctly. The guys were supposed to remove the window but looks like they tried to take a shortcut and it didn't work. But it's not a big deal for me. I have another vehicle and I told him to take their time and do it right this time and he agreed was very nice to me all your sales people have been very good to me

Luis was incredible, He did everything he said he was going to do. He finished the repair 7 days before the estimated time of pick up, and he was able to get the estimated price $1000 lower. He was super easy to talk with, very informative, and I would recommend this shop to everyone. I operate a business with 10 employees, and luis is a keeper. You guys did an amazing job!
