My car was 2 months and a half never revive a call for updates, when I get my truck back I notice they install parts that doesn’t match whit the invoice they gime me, they scratch my paint and they didn’t do anything to cover it, they left my suspension all bad, they replace my battery because mine supposed to was bad bat they installed the wrong battery, but the worst part is the job they do on my chasis I’m so mad about it I can’t even describe how do i feel I’m so frustrated

I have nothing but good things to say about this team. From drop off, Pablo and Brandon were very attentive and informative about the entire process and what to expect. They were courteous and answered every one of my questions and concerns. During the repair process there was good communication with updates and what to expect. At pick up the team was very understanding and helpful with arranging a time that worked for me. I appreciate everyone who helped make this stressful situation so easy and one less thing to worry about.

I just wanted to give thanks to everyone that helped with my car, I am deeply appreciative of the service here it looks amazing , Jason Rivas did an excellent job in explaining everything from beginning to end cleared a lot of confusion for me and made me feel at ease in this stressful situation, the estimator I was assigned Pablo was wonderful kept me updated in the whole process and delivered within the time frame he gave me in the beginning, even the receptionist was really attentive and she made sure I was picked up from there to get my rental again making this whole stressful situation very pleasant, great job everyone I’m very happy with the result of my car and my experience was great here I will be recommending this place to anyone in need of repairs.
