Luis and Elizabeth were amazing and very communicative. Anytime I needed to talk to Luis even if he was unavailable he would call me back within 15 minutes. Elizabeth always answered the phone with her great customer service voice and helped every time.

There was ongoing communication between Pablo and the current position of my claim & repairs.. in addition to the outstanding work with door replacement & color match.. all the additional insurities like sensor calibration and full representation between Geico and the cars true necessities were professionally handled and addressed by crash champions. I appreciated the full walk through prior to release.. best part was the crash champion work warranty certificate- giving full comfort in the services rendered. 5 stars

Overall process was easy and well communicated, only exception as I received my vehicle I noticed a small spot was missing the paint and my bumper looked a bit unaligned. But I am happy that they offer life time warranty on the area that was painted , so if anything goes wrong I can get it fixed with ease . Crash champions was a perfect spot to take my car very close by to home and an easy commute to get there .

The work at crash champions was good but it could have been excellent if they would have caught one minor detail on the bumper. It was a small spot that didn’t have paint on it and I hope it doesn’t spread , other than that they offer lifetime warranty so I’m happy about that .
