I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Crash Champions. After dropping off my car, I received no updates about the repair status until just two days before the estimated pickup date. When I called, I was sent a link indicating the estimated completion time was April 13 at 4:00 PM. However, on April 13 around 2:30–3:00 PM, I received a call informing me that the car was not ready and would instead be completed on April 14. Because I work, I had already adjusted my schedule in advance to leave early and pick up my car based on the original estimate. On April 14, I called the shop around 2:30 PM to confirm, and I was told the car was still not ready and that someone would call me when it was 100% complete. I find it extremely frustrating that I was expected to wait around without any clear or timely communication. Later that same day, I received a call at 4:15 PM saying the car was ready—yet the shop closes at 5:00 PM, making it very difficult for me to arrange pickup on such short notice. What was most concerning was the unprofessional response I received when I expressed my frustration. I was told, “I fix cars, not make sandwiches.” This kind of comment is inappropriate and not what I expect from a professional business. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, poor time management, and unprofessional attitude. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident returning in the future.

Crash Champions was phenomenal in every aspect. Front desk reception and our assigned repair lead were super kind and courteous from start to finish. They go the extra mile to provide transportation to and from the facility if you need. I'm very happy with the workmanship of the repair and everything they did to spare my vehicle from being totaled. I am so very thankful for Crash Champions, Stanton!!
