A city of Chicago snow plow struck my parked car and fled the scene. I filed a claim, took my car in and I got my car back fast. The staff from the front desk was friendly and attentive, the garage staff were also super nice and attentive. I got my car one day before the due date. Very satisfied!

I left my car with Crash Champions on Friday, January 2nd. I was expecting to hear from them by Tuesday the 6th but I didn't. I called and finally got someone to tell me that they hadn't looked at it yet. I didn't get the estimate until the next week.
